Return Policy: Unused products with their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened box returns must be in new, saleable condition with original materials & packaging. Used products or products that have been installed are NOT eligible for return. You (the customer) are responsible for ALL shipping costs (out & back) & will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns associated with our "Free Shipping" offer will have the original shipping fees that were incurred, plus shipping costs back, deducted from the refund. For orders not associated with our "Free Shipping" offer, original shipping charges are non-refundable & you will be responsible for the shipping charges back & will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We must be notified of return request within 30 days of delivery.
